Q: Will the monsters in The Haunted Trail touch me?
A: The rule at EAKFEST is...Touch no thing and no thing shall touch you
Q: Will there be food there?
A: Absolutely! For just $1 you can go back as many times as you'd like inside the hall for Entenmann's desserts, hot coffee & hot chocolate (while supplies last) AND...MIKE'S PIZZA will be inside the banquet hall providing DELICIOUS menu items (at an additional charge) while The Lions Club will be outside providing funnell cake & fried oreos as well as cold beverages (also at an additional charge).
Q: Can I bring a young child that might be afraid of the scary creatures?
A: You certainly can and you should! From 5:00-7:00, there will be non-scary hayrides through the woods. Plus, there will be rides & carnival games that children of all ages will enjoy! We will also be selling "monster repellant" bracelets! As long as a child is wearing one, if he or she gets frightened at any time, they simply need to hold their arm up and say, "Monster be gone!" and just watch the creature vanish!
Q: Should I wear a costume?
A: It sure would be great if you did!
Q: What happens if it rains?
A: Hush! Don't even say that word! Of course we are really hoping that it doesn't but, if it does...EAKFEST goes on! There are activities indoors and our monsters are not all witches that melt from water! You should have seen what we have had to deal with in the past! It is a rain or shine event!
Q: I'm an adult without any kids to bring, would I still enjoy it?
A: Well, we can't speak for everyone but, we think The Haunted Trail will entertain ALL ages! Plus there will be great food & great music.
Q: How much of the money that I spend that night goes to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation?
A: ALL proceeds, after covering expenses, from the Haunted Trail, Hay Rides, shirt sales, Ghoul Free Game Room, dessert table, 50/50s and gargoyle poop sales, go directly to the CF Foundation! We want NOTHING more than to find the cure! Plus, the other vendors at EAKFEST will also be donating a portion of their proceeds!
